House regulations

Dear guest!

Our flat should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest.

We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need.

The following house rules are intended to help you enjoy a harmonious stay.
We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the flat in an orderly manner, you will help us to continue to offer you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future.

General
Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care and treat the rental property with care.

Kitchen
Please treat the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care.
Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the tables or the worktop without a coaster. Please leave the interior of the microwave in a clean condition.

Damage
Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you would inform us of any damage that has occurred, so that we do not discover it only after your departure during the final cleaning.
The tenant is liable for damages to the amount of the replacement costs.

Ventilation
To avoid the formation of mould, please ventilate the rooms sufficiently.

Duty of care
The entrance door should always be closed.
Water, heating and electricity are to be used sparingly.

Disposal
Waste containers are available on the premises.
No waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or similar may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins or showers!
Avoid everything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Internet/WLAN
You will receive the access code from us. The use of the Internet with your own WLAN-capable end device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant’s internet use.
For the use of the internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. However, please understand that we have to protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on your part.

Smokers
Smoking is not allowed in the flat.

Cleaning
Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to clean it up immediately.

Quiet times
In the interest of good neighbourliness, we ask you to observe the public quiet hours.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Parking facilities
We provide you with a parking space in our car park.
This does not constitute a custody agreement. In the event of loss of or damage to
parked or manoeuvred vehicles and their contents on the property, the landlord is not liable.

Domiciliary right
In case of repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the flat without the guest’s knowledge.

Keys
Any loss of the keys and the remote control of the car park barrier must be reported immediately.
The guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest.

Departure
On the day of departure, the holiday flat must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest.
On your departure the holiday flat should look as you found it.

With the booking of the holiday flat we assume that the house rules are accepted.
