Inklusive:
- Children up to the age of 12 can stay in their parent’s bed for free
- W-LAN, DSL, TV
- Bed linen – changed every 14 days
- Towels – changed weekly
- Parking
Use of fitness areas, sauna, solarium, washing machine, dryer, free internet and a secure car parking space are included in our prices. Additionally, weekly towel changes and changing of bed linens every 14 days are included in our prices.

Of course, our apartments can be rented with several people.
– for each additional person we charge €15 per night extra.
– the minimum stay in the NEST is 3 nights
We are happy to make you an offer for monthly stays.
The prices are per night incl. VAT plus tourism tax* of the city of Hamburg

Please note that in case of payments by bank transfer or PayPal, the money must be transferred to our account before arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation until 3 weeks before arrival.
* Information about the Hamburg city tourism tax
Since January 1, 2013, the city of Hamburg charges a tax for private travelers – its amount depending on the price per night and person.
Private overnight stays are taxed with a so-called indirect tax, as the hotel itself is obliged to pay this tax to the authorities.
This means unfortunately a price increase of €2,00 per person per night, which we greatly regret, but for which we reject responsibility.
